Agile Philippines Meetup 2022.09

September 2022 was our *90th* meetup! 10 more to go for 1–0–0!

2019.09 Meetup

We made use of Lean Coffee to facilitate the meetup. We had a 20 minute timebox for each topic.

We even resurrected topics from The “Baul”, which were topics we were not able to talk about in past meetups! And it’s not even Halloween yet.

Topics and schedule were:

• If you already exhausted all the means to convince the management to switch to agile, what is the next best thing to do? (link)
• What is the role of BA in Agile? Particularly in Scrum? (link)
• Developers (in a Scrum Team) reporting to the Product Owner–is this OK? Pros and Cons? (link)
• Individual performance appraisals in an Agile environment (link)
• “A backlog is a sign that you are not managing capacity well” (link)

We then wrapped up with a closing circle :)

Agile Philippines meetups happen every last Wednesday of a month (mostly). This is a community event, and is only made possible by the people who go to the meetups, and the organizations who open their doors to allow us to meet as a community.
