Agile Philippines Meetup 2023.01

Happy New Year! We start our first meetup of 2023, and our *93rd* meetup overall, with an online one.

It was great to see everyone again :)

2020.01 Meetup

We made use of Lean Coffee to facilitate the meetup. We had a 20 minute timebox for each topic, and we could choose another timebox (or more) if the group wanted to discuss the topic further.

Topics and schedule were:

• How does Agile affect the roles in an organization? (link)
• How can a newbie Scrum Master in the industry be selected if there are already many practitioners in the market? (already certified) (link)
• How often do you find organizational impediments (inter-product dependencies, structural pre-conditions) preventing development teams from realizing the benefits that existing frameworks or methods enable? (link)
• What factors in the market that would call for Agile Ways of Working? (link)
• Your New Year’s Agile resolution 🙂 (link)

We then wrapped up with a closing circle :)

Agile Philippines meetups happen every last Wednesday of a month. This is a community event, and is only made possible by the people who go to the meetups, and the organizations who open their doors to allow us to meet as a community.
